Dr Syns Guest House
Our coast line, Hythe, Dymchurch, St Mary's Bay, Greatstone and Dungeness is great for fishing in both summer and winter, for Mackerel, Cod, Plaice and Sea Bass. We can arrange to get fresh bate and let you know where the best fish are being caught on the day. Packed lunches can also be arranged, simply let us know the night before or when you make your booking.

Canterbury Cathedral has a tradition for welcoming visitors that reaches back to the days of medieval pilgrimages. This is not only fully maintained today, but has been developed to meet the needs of modern tourists.

The Old Lighthouse at Dungeness (above left) was opened by the Prince of Wales on 31st March 1904. This Lighthouse was decommissioned in 1960 and replaced by a New Lighthouse, still working today (above right). The Old Lighthouse was opened to the public as an attraction in 1983.
