Our coast line, Hythe, Dymchurch, St Mary's Bay, Greatstone and Dungeness is great for fishing in both summer and winter, for Mackerel, Cod, Plaice and Sea Bass. We can arrange to get fresh bate and let you know where the best fish are being caught on the day. Packed lunches can also be arranged, simply let us know the night before or when you make your booking.

With its shallow waters and golden sands, it is ideal for many other outdoor activities.
Canterbury Cathedral has a tradition for welcoming visitors that reaches back to the days of medieval pilgrimages. This is not only fully maintained today, but has been developed to meet the needs of modern tourists.
The Old Lighthouse at Dungeness (above left) was opened by the Prince of Wales on 31st March 1904. This Lighthouse was decommissioned in 1960 and replaced by a New Lighthouse, still working today (above right). The Old Lighthouse was opened to the public as an attraction in 1983.

The Canterbury Tales, just one of Kent's most popular attractions, with its stunning reconstruction of 14th century England, is just like stepping into the Middle Ages. Inside the historic building of St. Margaret's Church you can step back over 500 years to join Geoffrey Chaucer (England's finest poet) and his colourful characters as they journey from London towards the shrine of St.Thomas Becket at Canterbury Cathedral and enjoy their medieval adventure stories.

Located near Canterbury and near Hythe, Kent set in 90 acres of parkland, Howletts & Port Lympne Wild Animal Park includes the worlds largest group of western lowland gorillas in captivity and the largest herd of African elephants in the UK.
